- The cancellation of the order or products can be done as per the cancelation and return policy of Zivame
Zivame Terms and Conditions for cancellation, return, and refund are as follows.
- You can cancel complete orders or can cancel products from the order before the processing of the invoice. Once the bill or invoice is processed you can not cancel your order or products from the order.
- Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase in case of in-store shopping, and 15 days from the date of delivery in case of online shopping.

- Make sure you provide the same mobile number which is mentioned on your original bill. The credit note amount will be transferred by the company to the company’s wallet.
How do I initiate a return in Zivame Online?
To return and get refund from Zivame online you need to raise Zivame return request order or cancel the order first you can do it easily by following the below steps.
- First Open The Zivame Application in your system or on mobile.
- On the home page, you will find the tab track/return order on the right side.
- Or you can go to My Account.
- Click on My account, you will get the “My order” icon.
- Click on “My Order”
- Now all orders will be visible that you have placed with the Zivame.
- Select the order which you want to cancel.
- Now click on the view order icon.
- When you click the view order icon you will see the order details, like item descriptions, quantity, and address detail, scroll down and you will able to see the total bill value as well.
- The mode of payment will also be shown on this page.
- Now you will see the cancel or return button if the order is delivered. Now click on the cancel button and you need to share the reason to cancel the order. Please note in this case item was not delivered. Now you need to confirm the cancellation by clicking on the cancel confirm button.
- If you want to return the item that has been delivered to you, you need to send a request to Zivame Customer Care and fill out the Zivame return form online.

On 25th June 2023, I purchased Zivame Beautiful Basics Padded Wired Medium Coverage T-Shirt Bra – Aruba Blue Size: 32 C 3 qty, Item was delivered on 31st June 2023.
